Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, message, and optional workflow context. We use this information to understand and respond to your request and to manage related business communications. Please do not include credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential business records in an initial inquiry.

Technical information and protection

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request data, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect it. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Rate-limit and duplicate-submission controls use short-lived identifiers. The contact handler does not intentionally log message bodies.

The site does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Locally hosted fonts do not make requests to a third-party font provider. The workflow diagrams explain integration stages and do not collect or process your business data.

Email and service providers

Submitted inquiries are processed through Cloudflare’s email infrastructure and our email provider. These providers handle information needed for delivery and account operation. We may also share information where necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation or protect the website and its users. We do not sell inquiry information.

Maps and external links

The contact page embeds a Google map. Google receives technical request information when that page loads. Directions links and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry correspondence is kept as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the relationship and purpose; this site does not promise a fixed deletion period. You may email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. We will consider your request and any applicable obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Project-specific data processing arrangements are addressed separately in an engagement agreement.
